Insight Global is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing payroll functions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing financial reporting related to payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee payroll functions, including processing, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, including benefits and deductions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with changing payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis related to payroll, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, with a focus on payroll.
- 3+ years of payroll accounting experience, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, including ADP or Workday.
- Certified Payroll Professional designation a plus.
- Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
