Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee payroll functions, including processing, compliance, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, including benefits and deductions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis related to payroll, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, with a focus on payroll.
  • 3+ years of payroll accounting experience, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, including ADP or Workday.
  • Certified Payroll Professional designation a plus.
