Job Title: LPN Medication Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
  • Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Requirements:
  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
  • Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations.
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
