About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to perform specific manufacturing engineering assignments that integrate into the engineering culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or industrial engineering, with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manufacturing engineering assignments that are limited in scope, depth, and degree of skill required.
  • Use problem-solving methodology to establish root cause and sustainable corrective action.
  • Work plans and decisions are usually reviewed by others.
  • Learns and uses planning tools and analysis to formulate and facilitate project management for new products within the product delivery, order fulfillment, or customer support processes.
  • Investigates product and process quality-related issues and recommends changes to control plans and continuous improvement projects.
  • Gathers and analyzes data pertinent to the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP), Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), and/or Customer Support Process (CSP).
  • Inputs and maintains information in factory databases and systems.
  • Monitors quality plan tracking system.
  • Assists in reviews and investigations of warranty claim information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Manufacturing-related experience (electrical, design, quality, or industrial engineering) or BS engineering.
  • Lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, and project management knowledge/skills.
  • Computer skills, including CAD and Office Suite/Power BI.
