Key Responsibilities
  • Use problem-solving methodology to establish root cause and sustainable corrective action.
  • Work plans and decisions are usually reviewed by others.
  • Learns and uses planning tools and analysis to formulate/facilitate project management for new products within the product delivery, order fulfillment, or customer support processes.
  • Investigates product and process quality-related issues and recommends changes to control plans and continuous improvement projects.
  • Gathers and analyzes data pertinent in the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP), Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), and/or Customer Support Process (CSP).
  • Inputs and maintains information in factory databases and systems.
  • Monitors quality plan tracking system.
  • Assists in reviews and investigations of warranty claim information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Manufacturing-related experience (electrical, design, quality, or industrial engineering) or BS engineering.
  • Lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, project management knowledge/skills.
  • Computer skills, including CAD, Office Suite/Power BI.
What You'll Do

This role fully integrates an individual into the engineering culture by performing specific manufacturing engineering assignments that are limited in scope, depth, and degree of skill required. You will use problem-solving methodology to establish root cause and sustainable corrective action. Work plans and decisions are usually reviewed by others.

You will learn and use planning tools and analysis to formulate/facilitate project management for new products within the product delivery, order fulfillment, or customer support processes. You will investigate product and process quality-related issues and recommend changes to control plans and continuous improvement projects.
