About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving multi-product fraud-related client requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or related to their account.
  • Respond and identify client needs, recommending solutions when fraud has been identified.
  • Analyze and identify potential fraudulent situations and suspicious activity through monitoring of card alerts and fraud prevention reporting.
  • Process disputes and fraud claims in accordance with client policies and guidelines.
  • Escalate items requiring risk review, exception handling, or further analysis through appropriate channels.
  • Explain complicated topics in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide a high level of professional and courteous service using empathy when needed, while conducting account investigations.
  • Log cases in database detailing actions taken on accounts and conversations with customers.
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.
What You'll Get
  • Full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate of $16.75.
  • Opportunity to earn up to $350 a month through our RBC Incentive Plan.
  • Shift differential of $1.50 an hour for working hours between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday - Sunday.
  • Weekend shift differential of $1.00 an hour for working hours between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer/client service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
