Customer Service Representative for Collision Center

Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Collision Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing paperwork and reports, and assisting with daily administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with the repair process and provide clear communication regarding next steps.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of body shop metrics, including productivity reports and payroll records.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and review final billing for completed repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Control accounts receivable for body repair work, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collision repair or automotive industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of estimating software and collision repair processes.
