Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with the repair process and provide clear communication regarding next steps.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of body shop metrics, including productivity reports and payroll records.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and review final billing for completed repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Control accounts receivable for body repair work, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collision repair or automotive industry setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of estimating software and collision repair processes.
