We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive image of our department.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver respiratory care services to patients of all ages, including incentive breathing devices, aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, and suctioning.
- Perform and evaluate diagnostic studies, including bedside spirometry, pulmonary mechanics, and blood gas analysis.
- Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
- Deliver quality respiratory services and promote a positive image of the department.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
- Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of Texas.
- 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
