This role emphasizes outreach, community involvement, and sustainability across our crisis centers and mental health outpatient services as necessary. You will spearhead the creation of marketing campaigns, establish partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations, deliver presentations, and optimize referral sources through market analysis and strategic collaboration with clinical leadership. Your participation in local events and conferences will further elevate our visibility and network within the surrounding areas. We are eager to see the significant impact this role can have in promoting awareness and improving mental health services in our community.

**Qualifications we seek:**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Experience in grant writing and funding applications, along with proficiency in marketing tools, customer relationship management, intermediate PC skills, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Idaho's healthcare system, community resources, and an understanding of the behavioral health landscape and trends is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass background checks as required.
