We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center in Mt Angel, OR. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. You will work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate resident care activities and supervise the nursing care given.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
- Supervise the nursing care given to residents.
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
- 1 year of experience in long term care.
