Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center in Mt Angel, OR. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect quality care for residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
  • Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise the nursing care given, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and compassion.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in long term care.
