Maintenance Technician Job Description

Hampton Inn Phoenix Anthem is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will perform general maintenance tasks, ensuring our hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on hotel equipment and systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Requirements
  • Able to work flexible shifts, 7AM-3 or 4PM-11.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in hot/cold weather conditions.
  • Able to lift, stand, carry tools, and equipment.
  • Pull trash from around the hotel and lift heavy weights up to head level.
  • Previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, pool/spa care, and electrical work is required.
  • General maintenance and repair knowledge is essential.
  • Lift, push, pull, or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to walk extensively and use stairs regularly.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as a team are necessary.
