Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
