The Workforce Services Coordinator is pivotal in overseeing the extensive administrative and reporting tasks related to employee hiring, retention, and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative onboarding process, ensuring all necessary new hire documentation is collected and maintaining organized personnel records according to established guidelines.
  • Verify that all field personnel maintain the required certifications and complete necessary training. Facilitate all relevant re-certifications and compliance obligations.
  • Administer all post-hire documentation processes, including but not limited to: I-9 & E-Verify completion, follow-up on TB tests, employment authorizations, data entry for Bears, and updates in Workday for transfers, terminations, name changes, and status modifications.
  • Coordinate recognition and retention initiatives for field employees.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of strong interpersonal abilities and achieving goals.
  • A desire to develop and progress beyond the current role.
  • Proficient in computer skills and effective communication (including strong phone marketing and data entry capabilities).
