Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled surgeon to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat critically ill patients requiring emergency and elective surgical care;
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including non-operative management and postoperative care;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care;
  • Provide education and mentorship to residents, PAs, NPs, and other healthcare professionals;
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices;

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a surgical residency program;
  • Board certification in surgery or a related specialty;
  • Board certification in Surgical Critical Care;
  • Maintenance of certification in the American Board of Surgery program preferred;
  • ATLS certification preferred (Advanced Trauma Life Support);
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) mandatory;

Estimated Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
