Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Applicant Service Coordinator to join our team at Wavecrest Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants and applicants, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing, filing, and photocopying
  • Respond to tenant and applicant inquiries via various channels
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to resolve issues and provide support
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Monitor and respond to re-rentals email and send notices as required
  • Process and scan documents, and send formal rejection letters
  • Enter new transfer requests and provide status updates to tenants
  • Review and complete reasonable accommodations and mail merges
  • Purge the master waiting list annually to determine applicant interest
  • Provide support with special projects and assist colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Proficient in reading and writing in Spanish
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
