Job Description

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Sales Center location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability at our branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals.
  • Implement and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.
  • Work directly with local sales teams to develop strategies for increased traffic in the store and conduits for useful feedback from dealers.
  • Recruit, hire, train, enrich, and discipline direct reports within the framework of company policy.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing in B2B environment in distribution or wholesale sales preferred.
  • Excellent relationship building skills; must be a team builder as well as team player with a focus on sales.
