BIP US is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for a Management Consultant with 2+ years of professional management consulting experience within banking to join its consulting team.

You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the Jacksonville area, within a 50-mile commute of Jacksonville. We are unable to support relocation costs.

The Work You Will Do At Bip.Monticello:

The consultant will work closely with client management and other Bip.Monticello team members to ensure any project work is set up and run according to best-practice standards. Key to this role will be the consultant's problem-solving, communication, and data skills, along with ensuring any project deliverables meet the client's expectations.

Required Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years working with projects in the Financial Services/Banking space.
  • 2+ years of project experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.), global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company.
  • Prior Banking experience working on projects across various departments such as Operations, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, IT, etc.
  • Intermediate Data Skills working with Excel, SQL would be preferred.
  • Experience with helping financial services clients craft policies & procedures for their respective lines of business.
  • Assist with test planning, write test scripts, and conduct UAT testing.
  • Manage clear expectations by establishing clear timelines, milestones, and providing transparency on risks, dependencies, and issues through status reporting.
  • Schedule regular working group meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps).
  • Understanding of the different project methodologies: Agile Project Methodology, Six Sigma, or Software Development Life Cycle or Project Management (PMP) Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred.

**The base salary range for this role is $45,000-$55,000**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and project management, with experience working with clients to deliver high-quality results. The consultant will work closely with client management and other team members to ensure project work is set up and run according to best-practice standards.
