Position Overview
This role is essential in supporting the Sales & Marketing Departments by managing customer account relationships effectively. The focus is on promoting our products and services to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass established sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through various communication channels.
  • Conduct cold calls and qualify leads efficiently.
  • Create strategic account plans to meet sales goals.
  • Identify and transition medium potential accounts to higher potential segments.
  • Ensure high-quality customer support through effective follow-up and service delivery.
  • Provide timely responses to technical inquiries from customers.
  • Document cost savings relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Utilize marketing tools and company resources to support a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with preferred vendors to optimize sales potential.
  • Manage sales resources to maximize profitability across all products and markets.
  • Advise on the implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Provide insights on customer needs regarding pricing, products, and service quality.
  • Contribute to pricing and purchasing strategies based on competitive analysis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience in electrical distribution and quotations is preferred.
  • Technical understanding of electrical systems.
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and public speaking.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.

  • Demonstrate effective planning and organizational abilities.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams.
