Job Summary

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you will play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
  • Answer incoming phone calls and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments to visit the community
  • Stay up-to-date on current availability and waiting lists and contact prospects
  • Maintain resident files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed
  • Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
  • Weekend availability is required
