About the Role

New View Place I is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Marketing: Support the Community Manager in achieving occupancy and rental goals, maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%, and promoting the property through advertising and property tours.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that the residential property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction, providing 24-hour emergency support when scheduled.
  • Property Appearance and Upkeep: Maintain the property's curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety procedures, conducting daily exterior and interior inspections.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Community Manager with overall operations, promoting positive resident relations, handling resident complaints, and rent collections.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Physical and Cognitive Abilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Driver Requirements: Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and reliable means of transportation.
