Position Overview

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you will engage in the development and implementation of software applications on the Salesforce platform. Utilizing Object-Oriented design principles and Salesforce technologies such as Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components, you will contribute to creating robust solutions.

  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Document processes, maintain standardization, and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 6 years of direct experience with Salesforce, including custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Components, particularly in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Partner Relationship Management and business process optimization.
  • Expertise in creating and configuring custom objects, fields, validation rules, and reports tailored to application needs.
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming languages such as C# or Java.
  • Experience in workflow and approval management, including validation rules and data handling using Data Loader.
  • Capability in application/component design with a focus on integration scenarios.
  • Experience in drafting technical design documents, conducting code reviews, and leading project implementations.
  • Ability to provide effective solutions to meet business requirements.
