At BlackLine, we're passionate about empowering accounting and finance leaders to achieve Modern Finance. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a crucial role in building custom functionalities on the Salesforce platform, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Develop and maintain technical design documents
  • Create and update system documentation, including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans
  • Identify and fix defects in the system
  • Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to scope work and produce estimates
  • Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support
  • Prioritize work to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
  • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations
  • Experience with enterprise integration architectures such as SOAP, RESTful, and ETL
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and learn new skills quickly
  • Experience running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for solving complex business problems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams
