Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at PTC of Tennessee, LLC. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex diesel engine systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine systems, including fuel systems, engine management systems, and transmission systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure all vehicles are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry developments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in diesel engine repair; vocational training or certification a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
