Job Summary:

NV5 Geospatial is seeking a highly qualified Radar Image Scientist to support GEOINT production and the advancement of non-literal SAR analytical processes and techniques at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) in Dayton, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced GEOINT tools to analyze and exploit remotely sensed data to produce and disseminate GEOINT intelligence products.
Perform non-literal exploitation of active sensor data (Synthetic Aperture Radar).
Combine exploitation results with contextual findings discovered through research and other electro-optical (E/O) literal data analysis to bring meaningful interpretation to non-literal results.
Perform quality assurance and control review for own and team-members' products prior to dissemination.
Analyze and develop processes to support the exploitation of unique, anomalous, and difficult datasets utilizing engineering principles and a physics-based analytical approach.
Perform algorithm development (light scripting/automation) for complex data exploitation processes as needed.

Requirements:

Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a STEM-related field.
Experience processing and analyzing remotely sensed Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data.
Understanding of signal processing techniques for solving new problems.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong technical writing and briefing skills (experienced with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
