As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing prompt and accurate service, and following up with customers as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with our team to achieve sales goals and quotas.
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission/bonus, growth potential, and a retirement plan matching program.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Insurance sales experience, particularly in Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
This is a full-time position with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
