We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Impact Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing site plans for private development projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop site plans for private development projects, including grading and drainage plans, utility systems, and report preparation.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and present design plans to municipal agencies and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Professional Engineer License in Texas.
- 4+ years of experience in related site/civil land development engineering projects.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
