Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the Asset Management Program, ensuring compliance with industry-established principles, methodologies, and standards.
  • Provide technical assistance with the implementation and maintenance of established standards, systems, and procedures, including asset reliability, risk reduction, resource optimization, and maintenance of asset inventories.
  • Support asset management projects, including small diameter sanitary sewer CCTV assessment projects, large diameter sanitary sewer multi-sensor instrument assessment projects, and large diameter water electromagnetic assessment projects.
  • Utilize asset condition and performance data to prepare data-driven renewal recommendations and projections for proposed capital projects.
  • Review, interpret, and evaluate engineering drawings, studies, specifications, models, estimates, and other technical documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited program and capable of obtaining Professional Engineer License in Texas upon completion of required engineering experience.
  • Engineering-in-Training certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License (min. Class C).
