We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests at Homewood/Hampton Inn Irvine Spectrum. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest information and processing payments accurately.
  • Reservations Management: Manage and update reservations in our property management system, assisting guests with booking inquiries and modifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communication: Liaise with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Billing and Payments: Accurately process guest payments, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
  • Hotel Loyalty Program: Promote and enroll guests in Hilton Honors, explaining the benefits of membership.
  • Security and Compliance: Adhere to hotel security, fire, and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree or coursework in hospitality management advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Technical: Familiarity with property management systems, preferably OnQ by Hilton, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift luggage up to 30 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
