Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness. As a key member of our facility maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize locker rooms, including showers, toilets, and other high-touch areas.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary paper products and amenities.
  • Report any broken equipment or amenities to the Club Manager immediately.
  • Turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant via our lost and found policy.
  • Work varying hours between 10-25 hours per week, with the Club Manager discussing schedule details.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and define problems, analyze relevant information, and seek assistance when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift over 50lbs and stand for long periods, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
