Job Summary

As a Key Holder at Comoto, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. You will maintain a strong product knowledge and provide in-depth information to customers and team members. Your role will also involve assisting with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, and special orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and achieve daily sales objectives
  • Maintain store aesthetics and follow merchandising plans
  • Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge, company information, and sales events

Requirements
  • 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to deliver an outstanding retail experience
  • Open mind and eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community
  • Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not required)
