Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at our Arbor Lakes store. As a Sales Associate Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and executing opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers and preparing deposits
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times
  • Assist with product launch changes and implement company SOPs
  • Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model
  • Positively resolve customer service-related issues and escalate as necessary
  • Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of relevant retail experience preferred
  • Proficient in use of technology, including iPads and registers
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Meets physical requirements
