Job Opportunity

Manta Resources is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager or Sales Engineer to join our team in Greater Milwaukee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business with key or named accounts, increasing sales of products and services, and ensuring high post-sales satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in making informed product selections based on their needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and service agreements to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Set and achieve account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Host product and regulatory training events for customers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Travel within the region as needed to meet with customers and attend events.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of five years).
  • Expert abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction are essential.
  • Substantial industry and product knowledge (HVAC or Plumbing - Commercial) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software is necessary.

Compensation:

  • Draw vs future commissions (up to $160,000/year, depending on industry experience).
  • Bi-weekly pay.
