Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Global Industrial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Organizing: Develop and manage a tactical account/territory sales plan, conduct thorough client analysis to assess customer needs, values, purchasing behavior, and motivation, and execute a sales strategy for penetrating accounts and maximizing sales.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and credibility with clients, learn and engage the customer to understand their process and values, and provide support, information, and guidance by researching and recommending new profit and service improvements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Global Industrial's industry and products, and utilize sales planning tools and the pipeline management process to obtain business objectives and goals.
