We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler System Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Fire Sprinkler System Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems and associated devices.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure systems are functioning properly.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment/system issues using technical manuals and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Complete inspection reports and repair documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow a structured service schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform duties with a focus on safety, both for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and smartphone proficiency.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting and carrying equipment up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate shifts or weekends.
  • Able to adhere to and implement safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals.
  • Understanding of the importance of providing quality service and technical support.
  • Experience with hand tools and ability to learn and use them effectively.
