  • Excel in budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects, demonstrating a successful history of delivering large-scale initiatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials, and industry standards.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction management software tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • A valid driver's license is required.
