We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support our operations.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate for the Facilities Coordinator role will possess a flexible, dependable, and professional demeanor, complemented by a positive attitude. This position is essential in ensuring that our office environment is efficient and welcoming for all employees and visitors. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of food, beverages, and office supplies.
  • Ensure common areas are well-stocked and organized.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all office spaces, including workstations and conference rooms.
Administrative Support:
  • Update and manage policies and procedures using Microsoft software.
  • Learn and utilize internal software systems effectively.
Package Handling:
  • Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper sorting and distribution to employees.
Vendor Management:
  • Maintain relationships with vendors for office supplies, refreshments, and maintenance services.
Operational Support:
  • Handle internal requests for maintenance and repairs, including furniture movement and installations.
Security Oversight:
  • Staff the security desk, managing access for employees and monitoring visitors.
IT Liaison:
  • Coordinate with IT to address office technology needs and assist with basic IT tasks.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Be adaptable to assist various departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role.
Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and stock items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Capability to navigate between multiple floors with loaded carts.
