Job Overview:
As a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax-related processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations by reviewing tax exemption certificates submitted by clients.
  • Ensure the correctness of information on certificates and facilitate processing within the billing system. Issue tax credits for exempt clients as required.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to address tax inquiries related to customer accounts.
  • Support tax audits and internal assessments to verify the accuracy of customer exempt statuses and the availability of exemption certificates across various billing systems.
  • Request any missing exemption certificates when necessary.
  • Assist with various tasks within the Tax Department.
