Job Description
The Clinical Training and Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering training to staff, with the support of the Training / QA Manager. This role involves gathering input data for quality and process assessments, coordinating with the Training / QA Manager to identify areas of improvement or risk, and updating training materials using a standardized approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with business managers to assess training needs and make suggestions on training methodology
- Develops and delivers training courses, either individually or in groups
- Reviews training surveys from staff and managers, uses feedback to make improvements, and recalibrates approach as needed
- Performs quality monitoring of telephone calls, provides real-time coaching and feedback to staff
- Participates in onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring necessary access to systems and shared drives
Required Skills and Qualifications
An Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Human Resources/Organizational Development or related field is preferred. One year of relevant experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
