Clinical Outcomes Specialist

At Shriners Children's, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outcomes Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Collect and track clinically important patient outcome indicators
- Assist with translating results into clinical care of the patient and their families
- Work with all clinical departments to capture data that improves clinical care
- Enter clinical data into a database and track patient visits
- Audit data for completeness and accuracy
- Assist with streamlining clinical processes related to Outcomes data collection
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Strong PC applications skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with health delivery models and expertise in healthcare processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in patient interaction, medical terminology, electronic medical records (EMR), patient reported outcomes assessments, process improvement, and statistical analysis
