About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in building relationships with customers and understand their financial needs
  • Identify opportunities to offer a range of Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services
  • Analyze business challenges related to full-service banking experience for emerging affluent and high-value customers
  • Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries and service requests
  • Open and service accounts within authorized limits, create plans for follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers
  • Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to leverage partners and connect customers with the appropriate partner or relationship manager
  • Partner with financial advisors to understand customer needs and provide introductions to address those needs
  • Provide self-service digital banking options to customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
  • 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • Desired qualifications include successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations, state insurance licenses, and proficiency in proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
