Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Pioneer Savings Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and goals
* Provide personalized service to clients, including financial planning and product recommendations
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of cash handling experience and customer service experience preferred
* 1 year of experience recommending and referring products and services preferred
* Ability to pass the NYS exam to become a Notary Public within 90 days of accepting position
