Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them with relevant banking solutions.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive client satisfaction.
- Manage cash responsibilities and maintain a high level of operational excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- One year of cash handling experience and/or sales experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
