Job Summary:

Splunk Observability Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Splunk Observability Cloud solutions for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive application performance and monitoring initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides
  • Provide expert-level support for Splunk Observability Cloud, AWS Architecture, and enterprise monitoring systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Splunk products, technological advancements, and industry standard methodologies

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) implementation
  • Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages: Java, .NET, PHP, Ruby, Python, Node.js
  • Experience with automation/orchestration tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
  • Strong experience with Cloud IaaS providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring systems: Nagios, Elastic, Splunk
