Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and evaluate a broad understanding of the health of the End User Computing environment using various report tooling.
- Analyze and interpret results with some complexity, identifying opportunities to drive impact across the organization.
- Develop queries, dashboards, and reports to provide analytical insights.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in team projects and initiatives.
- Utilize effective written and verbal communication to document and present findings.
- Proven experience in data analysis and ability to write queries and visualize data.
- Expert level experience in Splunk, Power BI, and SQL/SSRS.
- Familiarity with Splunk and ServiceNow integration.
