Job Summary

Complete Conversion Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor/vendor relationships, conducting telephone interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, 401-K, profit-sharing, health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and generous PTO for vacations, sick leave, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, including licensing and insurance verification.
  • Conduct telephone interviews with potential subcontractors and employee prospects.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including licensing and insurance verification for new subcontractors.
  • Provide accounts payable support and processing.
  • Offer material supply support.
  • Assist with company vehicle management, among other duties.
