We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in your designated territory.



Key Responsibilities


  • Correspond with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their forming requirements.
  • Review contract drawings and interview clients to determine project needs and develop operations and best value worksheets to validate solution delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates, and close orders to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Develop and demonstrate expertise in concrete construction and forming techniques, and provide training and support to customers as needed.


Requirements


  • Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques, and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements.
  • Previous successful sales experience, with a track record of success and advancement.
  • Engineering degree a plus, but not required.
