Collision Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team at Diehl Collision of Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Make informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement, considering factors such as safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical equipment.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to company protocols.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
- Supervise apprentices and provide guidance on tasks and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using frame machines.
- Certification in body repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer specifications.
- I-CAR welding certification is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
