About the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our prestigious Med Spa. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing advanced cosmetic and aesthetic treatments to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' cosmetic concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced cosmetic procedures, including dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Administer injectables and dermal fillers following established protocols and guidelines.
- Utilize medical equipment and technologies to ensure precision and safety in treatments.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in cosmetic medicine through conferences and workshops.
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a professional and compassionate approach.
- Collaborate with the Med Spa team, including physicians and aestheticians, for coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and outcomes.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) in California.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in performing dermal filler injectables.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cosmetic medicine and advanced aesthetic procedures. Excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise information to patients.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and with other healthcare professionals.
