Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with livestream hosts to develop and execute promotional strategies and tactics, tailored to their niche, target audience, and buyer persona, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide in-depth training on product features, functionality, and selling points to ensure hosts are equipped to effectively showcase our offerings.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Livestreams, including TikTok account setup, scheduling, video content creation, daily support, and communications.
  • Monitor streams and review streaming data with hosts regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top talent, providing exceptional value and support to ensure their continued success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a strong asset
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • This is a contractor role based in New York, with a strong potential to convert into a full-time W2 role.
